This bridal shop is amazing. First class staff and service - without any pretentious people you often find when shopping around Oak Street. I was a little hesitant to go here at first, but Im soooo
glad I went!! And bought a wedding gown for my Goddaughter .
But the best characteristic about the bridal shop is the owner and her staff. What I loved the most was their attitude to their clients. Every person there strives to give you a very personal shopping experience. They take their time to find out what you like and combine it with their expertise of what will look best on you. Very friendly and professional.. There are many bridal shops on OC, but this is definitely the best. The store is really beautiful and they offer more than just wedding services. My wife and I are overall very satisfied with LuxuryDiemXuan's service. We got their photo package and the pictures came out great! There was a wide selection of rentals for wedding dress . LuxuryDiemXuan also offers personal portraits and family photos, and the staff is very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this place for wedding and photo services.I was hesistant at first because of some bad reviews, but I noticed they were all posted around the same ...Hmm, perhaps just bad reviews from different persons of the same family? I'm not sure if this is the same place with the one on Beach blvd, which is the one that we went to, we had a GREAT experience with co Xuan, anh Viet and the staff there.
Anh Viet took a tonsssssss of pictures for us after spending the entire day with us on the beach and at the studio, that we even got tired picking out the pics that we liked.
Co Xuan also offered us a nice lunch after we came back from the beach! I mean, the service was exceptionally nice. She made sure that I would always look fresh and nice with both make up and dresses. She never hesitated to fix my make up to go well with the dress color, with my hair up or down. I mean, she took very very good care of us. Our pictures are beautiful!!!!!!!
Now we have two kids, and we are actually going back there tomorrow for a family portrait session.
I'm not sure why the other 2 people had such bad experience?
If you don't want to pay the $$, then may be you should look elsewhere, but if you want to have a once in a life time beautiful wedding pictures, this is the place. We have 2 albums and 2 biggest framed canvas and we love them!!!!! Not to mention all the beautiful gowns she has there. If you don't like stuff that's so se^'n, or cai luong, this is the place.
I just spoke to co Xuan today and she's still as sweet as years ago. She is so easy to talk to as I always want to customize my package.
I'm not related to her and not trying to say nice things to bring her business. I'm just sharing my experience because I know how important and how hard it is to pick out the right place. I hope this review will help.…
My wife and I had a great experience here... so did others.. My wife and I actually had a great experience here. I'm shocked by the other 2 reviews of Diem Xuan's wedding store. I feel obligated to write this review given the very pleasant experience I had. I have no relation with Diem Xuan, but I must say that as a person who works in customer service, the service my wife and I got from Diem Xuan was excellent. She was up front about her pricing (very affordable), everything was in writing, and Diem Xuan and her staff (including her son) were soooooo nice and accomodating. I mean, her son spent the ENTIRE day with us for the engagement photos and didn't complain once. He was really nice and the pictures looked awesome. Diem Xuan herself worked her tail off doing my wife's makeup multiple time on the wedding day. She didn't want anyone else to do it because she wanted it perfect. Overall, the service was great. HORRIBLE PLACE ;(. This is a HORRIBLE place . They DO NOT know how to take picture . I had wedding service there and the picture turn out worse then a 8yrs old kid ( my step son ) took it . The person took the picture is the owner son so of course what she said she their picture is good . I end up did not have my picture and wedding video because after i saw my picture on the computer and i told her if you said your picture is good why dont you develop and i will pay after because i dont trust her . But no , she need money first incase the picture turn out Horrible she still got her money . She is a LIAR as well . Whatever you talk to her , make sure you record or put it in paper . I have our wedding plan there everything and later she said oh no i did not say this or tell her to do this . Anyway please if you want your wedding become a Nightmare then come here . I am still mad that i did not get my photo and video yet and it was my dream because you dont get married more then one time . I lost all of my memories .
