Quality care by knowledgeable physicians. I have been going to Newport Urgent Care for years, and have had a very positive experience there. The physicians are Board Certified, knowledgeable, and take time to listen to you. I have seen Dr. Wong the most, and he is wonderful. This is a nice, upscale office, and the staff cares about you (like Abraham). I saw a complaint about their fees, but their charges are within the standard for the industry. I don't believe that feeling angry and frustrated about the cost of healthcare warrants calling a business and its employees "overpriced and unprofessional".

overpriced and unprofessional!. The receptionist told me it would be $45 for a simple tetanus shot over the phone. I came into the office and the receptionist(some guy in plain clothes) told me it would be an additional $124 for a office visit. He even reccommended another place that was even more expensive!

After doing some research, I found a medical clinic in costa mesa that charged me $20 for a quick consultation and $30 for the shot. Now I will gladly pay $50 for that and they even followed up with a phone call.

There are options for those that are uninsured. don't get ripped by Newport Urgent Care.
