This tow service is disgusting and their employees/owners are unethical scoundrels of the highest order. Their emoloyee Luis Vaz thinks that he is doing a mercy by handing over your car. Socially Irresponsible ethically dead principles of making money. They have a pact with Barceleno Apartment complex of Aliso Viejo where the management and staff of both make money by towing cars which has not been parked at designated areas. Hell yeah..the notice is written on a small piece of note outside the complex, which in all practical situations you will miss, and then your car gets towed which serves as a source for livelihood for To & Mo Towing and Barcelona Apartments staff and management. Come one guys, if you have the qualification and knowledge, do some better things in life to make a living and feed your children and your family. Beg, Borrow..do whatever, but don't work for Barcelona or Mo and Tow.

Beware of this Company! Please Read. This company is a predatory towing company. There are very strict regulations to predatory towing companys that they must comply to and follow. This company does not. Google your rights:

95% of the time it can be dismissed and is illegal. Please make sure to complain about this company to your local police department and take legal action against them. You can often sue for 4 times the amount that they charged you. Lets get these horrible people out of business so that they stop harrassing orange county residents. Good luck!

POOR BOOKKEEPING. GAVE ME A BLACK MARK ON MY CREDIT. On 5/27/11 my car was towed. On 5/31/11 I paid $450.50 and my car was released to me. The DMV sent me a notice dated 8/15/11 that To & Mo Towing filed an application for authorization to hold a lien sale on my car. It stated my car was towed on 6/03/11 (wrong date) and that I still owed $216.00!

This creates a black mark on my credit and with my employer. A copy was sent to my employer! AND it could cause my insurance to go up! I don't know yet.

The BBB indicates they have had 10 complaints in the last 12 months! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Very Poor Business Ethics...Not At All Trustworthy!. My daughter's vehicle was towed here. I came with her to pay and they refused my credit card, saying it was their policy to only accept credit cards from the registered owner of the vehicle. I then offered cash and they told me that in order for my daughter to leave, she must show proof of insurance (that is was the law). I thought something wasn't quite right. We contacted the Sheriff's department and they told us that a towing company had not legal right to mandate showing proof of insurance to release a vehicle and that the towing company was, indeed, harrassing us. The Sheriff's department was so frustrated, they contacted the towing company and told them to release the vehicle, and allow me to use my card. The ordeal took almost 3 hours before we were able to get my daughter's vehicle.

It saddens me that a company would abuse their power and mistreat people like they do. It's not only poor business ethics but poor character....May the managers of To and Mo get the same respect, compassion and grace throughout their life, that they showed us today!

The Worst Customer service Ever !!!!. I created an account just to write a review on them . they towed my car and failed to return my regsitration and only after 8 days worth of calling did they allow me to go and pick it up . They told me for 7 days that they mailed it out and then on the 8th day told me they had it in their office. When I arrived they were very rude and need an attitude check !!! They dont even deserve one star. Hire anyone else but them !!

It's all about the money!. NEVER use To&Mo's towing services!!! They have the worst.... most poor.... customer service I've ever encountered in my life!!!! They tow cars from private property in a matter of minutes without regard for reason even when emergency lights are flashing and personal belonging are inside! Their bottom line is money not service! One more thing if you happen to leave the emergency lights on, be prepared to p/u a car with a dead battery and don't expect them to jump your car because they claim they do and yet in my case the car never started. They left my car in their parking lot and I had to call another towing company to charge the battery and in a matter of seconds it worked! Weird huh! I was informed by their office if I didn't take my car that same day from their lot they would tow it again and charge me again to pick it up... incredible! The worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!! By the way don't bother talking to their manager Ben, he was as rude and no help as their rep or worse!

scam and shady. They wouldn't and very hesitant to give me the approximate rate of what I would owe them. They simply told me that they would bill me later. They were gonna scam me on selling my car to them for nothing while charging me the towing and the storage. I was there for 2 days yet they charge me for 3 days. My car was there on a tuesday at 6pm and was taken out on thursday at 11am. I don't understand how they would charge me 3 days even after I complained about it. They weren't very helpful and they basically told me that they charge and extra day because I brought the car in after the shop was closed. I felt like it was a scam and lies.

I ended up paying $310 for 2 days. They even charged me a gate fee which they explain as the fee for me to get my belongings after my car was in their lot. I wondered why they wouldn't let me take my belongings before they towed it. They told me to leave thigns in there and to take them out when it was parked in their lot. yet, they didn't tell me anything about charging me for it.

don't trust them.

Terrible Service. These guys are complete jerks. The whole towing thing is such a racket. If you do get towed they are completely unreasonable and charge you an outrageous fee to get you car back. I hate apartment complexes that contract with thesed companies especially when there are dozens of unused parking spaces and your visitors cars get towed.

Completely unhelpful and hard to get ahold of. They were complete jerks.

Another Rip Off Towing Company. This company works with ST. Mortiz apt compound to two vehicles. They pay the St Mortiz employee to call them to tow cars off the complex. Unhelpful company that hates to give receipts.
