Fantastic Wines, Great People. I'm not a big wine drinker, but I've started appreciating wine. I think the more you learn about something, the more it draws you in. I mostly like to hear about the different regions in France and italy where alot of the great wines come from.

This wine bar is great. You feel very comfortable here. I never felt stupid asking all my questions. They're like 1st grade teachers there. I think they like it when you ask really easy questions. The owner explained all the different varietals to me. Great sampling. I've taken my friends there and it's a great place to sit around and talk.

Down-to-Earth Friendliness. This is a wine bar that feels comfortable and welcoming as soon as you enter. The smiles are genuine and you soon find yourself having a conversation without pretension. It does not matter what stage of wine appreciation you are striving to achieve ... or not! Simply find a wine you enjoy and have fun doing it. The selection is excellent and the price ranges will keep you out of the grocery store wondering what the heck you should buy before you taste. You will quickly appreciate the atmosphere and expertise. Smile, enter, ask questions, and feel free to be yourself.

Great local wine bar! Wonderful selection of wines in all price ranges. This is a great little (local) wine bar and has the friendliest owners (a real plus)!! They have a great selection of wines in all price ranges. It's nice to have a cozy venue like this for live music & also the the great events they throw throughout the month. If you're concerned with $ or the economy...forget about it & grab a great bottle of wine!!

Cozy, friendly and creative wine bar.. This is a wonderful neighborhood place to gather with friends to enjoy a well stocked wine bar, and to enjoy a full calender of special events presented by the very creative owners. They have live music, tv's for sporting events, and you are guaranteed to sample some excellent wines you may not have known about. A friendly, relaxed environment.

Best Wine Bar in OC. We love coming to Uncorked! It has wonderful ambiance and a great place to meet friends after work. The wines being served at the bar are very diverse and tend to change regularly. Every time we come in, we get to try something different, which is a great plus. Prices are very reasonable, and their selection of wines available for purchase is superb, including several allocated wines that are generally hard to find in the stores. Highly recommended.

Very Cool Place for Wine and Live Music. My girlfriends and I used to come here, but stopped about a year ago. We heard new owners had taken over and we decided to try it out. It's completely redecorated and the wine list has been updated. They serve wine tastings and wine flights. Something new that they are doing that wasn't done before is that they serve imported beers and non-alcohol drinks (a couple in our group don't drink).

The live music is great. Classic rock on the weekends. It was actually music that we knew instead of the stuff being played in clubs.

I highly recommend UnCorked Wine Bar. I would even go so far as to say it's the happening place in RSM now.

Best wine selection & night life in South OC!. Fun in South OC? Each month they have lots of great tastings and events, my favorite is Girl's Night Out! Love the wine selection, beer, and tasty hors d'oeuvres to go with!
