Terrible, rotten service. The pizzas pretty good, the staff sucks balls. The delivery driver almost hit my car in their parking lot. When I complained to staff, they ducked and dodged , "who are you" "why do you want to speak to the manager, Sam?" If you have a problem, the staff refuses to take your complaint seriously. When I asked to speak to the person who took my order the reply was, we take over 30 orders in a half an hour. Then she said that there were 3 other people and that she wasn't the only one working there. Then she kept asking me what the problem was and when I told her it was her atitiude when I (she was very snotty when she had asked me for the address when I wasn't done ordering) she said, then if you don't give me your address, how am I suppose to know where to deliver the pizza to. I told her a lot of pizza places have your number in a data base and its a lot easier when you just give your number and they pull up the information. Then she said have a good night and slammed the phone down on me. I don't know what happened to good customer service. If your looking for that, then you've come to the wrong business. I wouldn't order from them again, they act like their the only pizza place in town, I don't think so. :-)

Nicest people and GREAT pizza!. I just stopped in this place this afternoon for a slice of pizza. I was in a hurry and needed something quick. Sam and & his employees are great. They took my order right away and within 5 mintues or so (it may have been longer, not sure b/c I was watching TV on their massive big screen) I had a HUGE slice of pepperoni pizza. It was fresh right out of the oven like they knew I was coming in. I would definatley recommend Hotties Pizza to any and all of my friends in Costa Mesa or Newport Beach.

Best Pizza Ever!. Everything! Flavour is delish! I eat here at least 4 times a week. Must be pretty healthy too because I have not gained any weight. My family loves it. If you pick it up is ready in 20 minutes. They never lie about delivery times though. That can be up to an hour or longer but we do not mind waiting because it is so yummy. The people working are nice and helpful. The have a website too with all the food so I dont have to worry about losing my menu.

Best & Freshest made made pizza and FREE delivery! Great Service!. Had some friends "drop" by so we decided to order pizza. Searched on the net and found HOTTIES, Free delivery, Terrific Pizza, sandwiches and salads too! The BEST pizza ever! Really worth checking out. . . even if pizza is not your thing the sandwiched are to die for. . .Enjoy!
