At The Workout, our mission is to help you reach your goals as quickly as possible by working with one of our nationally-certified and highly-qualified personal trainers. Our personal trainers are available for training at our studio or in your home or office. Our trainers also believe and practice the principles they are passing on to you.

All of our personal training packages include a full one-hour training session as well as nutritional counseling. A workout program is tailored to suit the needs of every individual and includes on going body fat analysis and on going fitness evaluations. Each training session may incorporate a flexibility component, cardiovascular training, strength training, plyometrics, core exercises, stability ball exercises and pilates. We also have a full line of supplements to help you replenish and rejuvenate between your workout sessions.
