Rip Off Report!! Dont not use this company!. I'm sorry that I must vent my frustrations with small companies that steal peoples money from insurance referrals. We have washer that seemed to have water still in the cycle. The previous repair person (another company not mention) Told us that is was a bad installation and we would need to get a referral from our insurance before it they could fix it. So we contacted our Home Warranty and Eurocare Appliance had been told exactly what the problem was. We specifically told them please do not come and take $60.00 for the service call to only tell us the same thing. MARK came out and told my wife thats how these models were made and that water stays in the drum.... Thanks for taking $60.00 and he left with no other solution or work completed. Basically the company lied to get the referral and they took the money knowing the problem could not be fixed. I would not reccomend this company or its unprofessional employees and service.

Absurdly Slow. It has taken them a month, 1 faulty part, 1 wrong part and a whole lot of waiting to fix my dishwasher. Ridiculous.

Best company out there!. I normally don't write reviews (bad i know) but this time i thought i'll take a minute because i'm very thankful to Eurocare. Simply the best service you can expect! I had these people fixing my washer, refrigerator & cook top & never had a single problem with them. Washer guy even went to the store to pick up part cuz he didn't have one in stock & came back the same day! I used to have home insurance & paid for it over $600 every year but in my opinion it's not even worth it if you just call this service center. It was cheaper for me to pay them out of my pocket then pay for insurance & get half of the claims turned out not being covered for whatever reason (you know they always have one for you!) plus you have to pay co-payment anyways. So i would highly recommend Eurocare if you're having any kind of issue with one of your home appliances. And they do a great job on high end brands which is important to me because i had another company come out for my SubZero refrigerator before i got referred to Eurocare & it was just a waste of time & money. Now all of my neighbors using their service & every one is happy with them! The only thing i wish for is that they start working on air conditioners because i had to have another people come out to fix mine on 4/20/09 & it's still not working!
