Best Sushi restaurant in Laguna hills area.. I got recommended from my friend to go this restaurant. They have traditional and authentic Japanese food menus along with fusion roll menus. I was really surprised their fishes are so fresh and the quality was great. Their special Rolls were great too. Long sushi bar with different channel TVs. Comfortable booth. Cozy and homey style. Good music. Special 2 for 1 drink (any beer, hot sake, house wine, regular soda) all day Tuesday, after 8PM Wed, Thursday. I go there with my fiancee, we always had good time there. There are our favorite sushi restaurant now.

I want "Imagine" Back!. Before Graump Fish opened up there was another sushi place called "Imagine Sushi" there. It was Beatles themed and had all these creative rolls named after Beatles songs. The sushi chefs would drink beers and sing along to the never ending Beatles music. Wow, I miss that place. Sushi grumpy is quiet and dull. Nothing impressive at all .. the place has been taken over by stuffy adults.

Best Sushi Restaurant in Orange County. By far, this is the best sushi restaurant that I have ever been to in Orange County. I've been to many sushi restaurants in the past so I know that this one's a good pick. The sashimi/sushi are guaranteed to be fresh, and the sushi on the menu is cheaply priced for its great quality. It's very authentic sushi too, not the kind that you would find at some random buffet. If you're not in the mood for sushi, you can order other authentic dishes like teriyaki chicken, tempura, udon, etc. I recommend getting their original grumpy fish roll, and trying some of their name brand sakes.

The sushi chef is a charming guy, and the owner's a really sweet and amiable lady too. She'll make sure that the service and the food is up-to-par, unlike some of the other places that I've been to.

Good Neighborhood Sushi Place. It's hard to find a decent sushi place in Irvine. I haven't found any yet and now I'm searching outside the city limits. I came across this place through a friend. She's also tried various sushi places near her home and this is her favorite so far. The service is attentive and the fish is fresh. I really liked the rolls here and the prices are great for the quality of the fish. By no means is it Wasabi Sushi in Tustin, however, for an average priced sushi place, this is probably one of the better ones I've tried in Orange County. I'll definitely come back over and over again and this place quenches my sushi cravings without breaking the bank.
