Rip Off and Bad Customer Service.
Rip Off and Bully! We went to their showroom and designed the perfect sofa, picked the fabric and jumped through hoops because they do everything from a book or you have to imagine what it will look like since their is only a few floor samples.
Promise the sofa in 3-5 weeks, take your money then email you that the fabric is on back order for 8-10 weeks and then it will take another 1-2 weeks to fill the order plus transport.
Refuse to provide a refund only the choice to select another fabric which their is limited fabrics to choose from.
Don't waste your time, now we are calling our credit card company to dispute the charge since they won't give the money back!
Stephanie and Eva were ridiculous to deal with and they refuse to give out the owners name! That should tell you something!
HORRIBLE Customer Service and Quality. I had ordered a sectional sofa from this company a few years ago and really loved the couch. I had ordered it through a furniture company out of Stockton, CA who worked with them as a sub contractor. The furniture company made sure that the product was as promised and was responsible. I since then moved to the East coast and decided I would like to order a second sectional to fit in my new home. I called and spoke to Ryan and his miserable and terribly rude sales person/asst Eva. I had all of my original paperwork from the first purchase and it was explained that I wanted the same style, same grade cushions etc...He assured me they could take care of the order but I would have to find shipping to get it to me. I spent tons of hours and finally found a shipping company to pick up and deliver the couch (which almost cost me more than the couch.) I received the couch and it was not as promised, even though Eva assured me she had checked it over before it left and everything was correct. I paid for the higher grade cushions and ended up with very low quality, soft sinking cushions that did not retain their shape. When you sat, you sank all the way down to the frame. Just awful. I contacted Ryan and Eva to see what could be done to switch the cushions for the ones I had ordered and paid for. Ryan told me I needed to bring ALL of my cushions back to him to be inspected and then he'd see what he thought should be done. He said this knowing full well that I was now 3000 miles away and couldn't do this. I offered to send one and he said I needed to bring all. And with no guarantee that he would even fix the problem. I said I have my first couch here and I can clearly compare the difference in the fill and the second couch is way below quality--he said bring the cushions or I was out of luck. I stressed to him that I was buying a SECOND sofa from him and had spent thousands with his company--didn't he think he should replace the cushions as part of good customer service. He said, bring the cushions to him to be inspected. This is the simplified version of my MANY conversations with him and Eva. This went on forever as they never returned my calls, emails, etc... I had to hound them in order to get any response and then they still NEVER made any effort to rectify the problem. So here I sit on these miserable cushions that I paid thousands of dollars for and know that there is nothing I can do because of distance. I should never have purchased the second couch from them but they had assured me they would inspect it before it was sent and all I would need to do is find the shipping. Clearly, they didn't follow thru and they took no ownership for their mistake. Besides that--they were incredibly rude and difficult to work with. Quality is hit or miss and customer service is non-existent--I would BEWARE!
Beatiful Furntiure With Great Attention To Detail. Sofa Craft is hands down the best place to buy a sofa. I searched high and low comparing quality and cost and nobody else comes close. Their professionalism and knowledge about the product is amazing. These people know sofas inside and out. You can customize ANYTHING (height, depth, leg color, firmness, etc). Their showroom is humble (a large warehouse with lots of sofas in it) but I guess that's how they are able to sell at such amazing prices.
GREAT FURNITURE STORE!. My husband and I purchased a custom sectional from Sofa Craft a few weeks ago and are extremely pleased. The quality and price were excellent and most importantly they were able to make anything we wanted. We had been searching for a unique modern style sectional sofa for quite a while and very few stores in Orange County have that sort of thing. Sofa Craft did a great job and it was ready in just 2 weeks!
TERRIBLE COMPANY - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. Worst company ever, especially in this economy! Ordered sectional sofa via phone from them after visiting showroom - felt very rushed and was barely helped while there. Order delivered 10wks later and came in wrong size. Could not be delivered and cushions needed to be replaced as they were rock hard and impossible to sit on. 3 wks later, redelivered but forgot the cushions. We had to go pick up the cushions ourselves from Comptom. BUT we were charged for both resizing the sofa and refilling the cushions no matter how much we discussed their responsibility. They said it was our fault. TERRIBLE PEOPLE AND COMPANY. Never order anything with them, even if prices are a little cheaper, not worth it!!!
