Surprised they're still in business.. ?!. Rude, ostentatious staff.. if you don't purchase the plan or product they're pushing they become insulting, indignant, and argumentative.

Odd how they think that's a successful business strategy. If they only realized their attitudes could be a win-win with customers they'd be doing far better and actually attracting more repeat business and word-of-mouth recommendations.
