Expensive for pho.. Before the restaurant came under new ownership, it was our favorite pho place to eat in Irvine. There was a very homey feel to the place. Now, it is less homey and there is more of a cafe atmosphere to it. The price was also raised, and this has turned us off as the pho was very expensive in the first place.
