I dont know why I even bother!. THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWN HILL SO MUCH! THE THINGS IN THIS STORE USED TO BE SO NICE. NOW ITS ALL CHEAP STUFF YOU CAN FIND AT FOREVER 21 THAT HAS BEEN MARKED UP 5 TIMES! YA THEY HAVE HUDSONS...BUT THAT IS ABOUT IT. THE BUYER HAS REALLY TACKY, HIDEOUS TASTE. THE STAFF IS ALRIGHT, I PREFER SHOPPING AT THE IRVINE LOCATION TO THE LADERA STORE, THEY ARE FANTASTIC. THERE IS A BLONDE AND BRUNETTE THAT HELP ME EVERY TIME I SHOP, AND I THINK THATS ALL THE EMPLOYEES THAT WORK THERE... THE OWNER IS FULL OF HER SELF AND TALKS TO MUCH, MOSTLY ABOUT HERSELF. I DONT LIKE SPEAKING A WORD IN THE STORE WHEN SHES WORKING OR I'LL END UP BEING THERE FOR OVER AN HOUR. I HAVE OVER HEARD HER STAFF BEING UPSET ABOUT NOT GETTING PAID ON PAYDAY AND SOMETHING ABOUT BEING YELLED AT BY COMPANIES SHE OWES MONEY! THIS PLACE SOUNDS LIKE ITS ON THE BRINK OF EXTINCTION!! WHICH WONT BE THE END OF THE WORLD!

great customer service!. I love shopping here! I live right up the hill, and come in the store a couple times a week. They usually have new stuff pretty regularly. Sometimes they dont. But the staff is mostly two girls, who are very helpful, friendly, and easy to approach. I dont really agree with the other reviews because I have had nothing but good experiences there!

Not a good place to shop. Don't shop here. I bought pants back in December 2006, went home and found that it was a little too big. I took the pants back couple days later for an exchange. Since I couldn't find anything in my size, I got store credit instead. They do not offer refunds. It has been about 6 months now and I still haven't used my credit b/c they NEVER EVER GET NEW SHIPMENT IN! They never have anything in my size and I wear a size 25/26. It is extremely frustrating.

good selection. This boutique does have nice selections on clothes. They offer many brands...Diesel, C&C, and a few indie designers. But I have to disagree with the previous review. The salespeople are ignorant and rude. Last time I was there, there were maybe 5 very young people working there. When I entered the store, no greetings. I smiled at one of the salespeople, and she does stared back and didn't say or word or even smile back. Another salesperson was sitting on the sofa, reading a magazine, completely ignoring me as I passed by. Sheesh, talk about great customer service. However, I like how they sell women's Diesel jeans, which are hard to find in stores.

Hottest place to shop period.... This place ROCKS! The staff is great and the selection is second to none....I would highly recommend this boutique for your fashion needs..
