This lender does not know what they are doing. Granted, my situation was an off situation but it was disclosed up front. When the loan officer asked 2 underwriters (JUILE G. AND TONY HO) to make sure they could get my loan done we were told yes. This loan was approved for final docs., singed and all funding conditions where sent in. After receiving a email from Tony that it would fund the next day now they wanted 2010 taxes. Keep in mind it's 2013. After the owner (MARK MATTA) said the loan would fund after receiving the 2010 taxes (he was told what that yrs income was before he had them). After it was all said and done I am losing the home I was going to purchase when I could have added my mother to the loan if I was told up front of any issues, my current apartment as it is being occupied by someone else next week do to my 30day notice and a little over $12k (escrow money and 3rd party fees like appraisal and inspection). The worse part of all this could have possibly been ALLEN SAMUEL, what a joke of a human. He was by far the lest professional person I have encountered. Had a full on conversation with someone else for a non related topic while on the phone with me and when I pointed it out to the person next to me he hung up on me. Not to mention he will run away from any call back to discuses and urgent matter. Will not take any responsibility for his team and will want to put the blame on you and your situation. Again, my situation was on the table all along.

Want to do a refinance or get a new loan? Stay away from PacificBanc. They will only waste your time and money, guarantee. You may even loose your purchase. Very bad experience with the one in Costa Mesa, CA.

WORST possible lender I ever dealt with

It is all lip service and could not deliver anything. Promised super fast closing, broken promise after many, many months, not days or weeks. Promised they can process this loan, oh wait, but no investors right now, please wait, and wait, and wait. Total incompetent.

Are these phony posters? Robert M., Jeremy F. and Allan D. all reported about PacificBanc on 11/9/2012? All of them on the exactly the same date? Probably they are all fakes? Later Jeremy C., John V., Jason R. again posted more on or near 12/20/2012. Again, I could not help to think these are phony posters? Later some were removed.

Thank goodness for PacificBanc Mortgage. Everything was so straightforward and stress free. I sent them the paperwork and they got busy working on my loan right away. The closing time was very fast and I was kept in the loop the whole time. My friend recommended to me after I had several very bad experiences with Bank of America. They are really a godsend and I have enjoyed working with them every step of the way.

After getting the run around from several other mortgage companies, I got the peace of mind that I had been looking for with PacificBanc. I spoke with Joe Shalaby and he helped me get the loan that I needed quickly. He was extremely courteous, respectful and understood the urgency of my situation. I highly recommend them and will be returning if I ever have to refinance my home again.

I did business with PacificBanc this past September. The staff was very professional and took the time to walk me through the whole process. I got my home refinanced quickly and was able to get the fast closing that I was promised. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

They promised me the whole world, such as FAST process (in days, not weeks) and FAST closing. I have several properties to be financed, so this is not new to me. I provided them all the information they needed. I paid $450 for the appraisal over 2 months ago and nothing happened? I did not even see the result of the appraisal so I could use another lender. This was a TOTAL WASTE. I wish I read these reviews before I commit to them and wish I could give them a ZERO rating here. Today is April 15, 2012.

Sorry Excuse for a Lender!. It's been 2 weeks after escrow fees have been paid by the buyer and the seller and it still hasn't funded! 11th hour fire drills, they nickel and dime you on condition after condition. Multiple layers of approvals; you get 24 hrs to respond they get 48 hrs. No one will give you a straight answer. They've taken so long to fund the interest rates dropped and then... they demand new loan docs to be drawn!!

Still waiting to fund! My next step is to find out who to file a formal complaint with.

WORST LENDER EVER!!!. I would give them 0 stars if i could..

i am now ongoing my contract for 60 days after this lender approved me for a loan. When the docs were submitted, they asked for same bank statement copies 3 times.. and delayed my closing on 3 occasions!! 24-48hr turntime has now turned to 9 days and same old "one more day for review", "one more day for 2nd signature", "one more day for funding" has been their the one and only explanation to all delays. the fund manager, acoount executive and operational manager have no communication skills with each other OR w/ their clients. All lenders are known for demanding conditions at a certain timeline and all mortgage lenders are strictly out there for ROE.. but this one simply doesn't have the funds or the professionalism to process things on time!! Our loan broker refuses to use them again and they sure will hear my b******* and moaning to EVERYONE I KNOW! Let's see how much longer you survive in this business.
