Disappointed - My wife and I went for dinner on 9/28/12 - my wife got the "Tonight special" MAIN dish - Sea bass with risotto - The sea bass was super dry - overcooked, flavorless (not well seasoned) with the risotto (pre made) and few baby broccoli). We asked for some extra virgin olive oil (to make the fish a little moist) and they brought us a flavorless oil (I'm not even sure if tit was Olive Oil) - and $38 for a dish of this caliber, I think the Chef or the owner should taste some of the food they make and make sure at least to be SPECIAL. I ordered a Mediterranean Ahi Tuna Salad - The salad had 5 tiny slices of COOLD tuna (flavorless) The tuna was made earlier and wasn't well seasoned. The only positive point it was the dessert, the atmosphere, the wine (good selection) and the waitress.

A nice independent eatery. Hanna's was one of the first better dining spots to arrive in our neighborhood and its staff is well informed. Our only complaint is they constantly play jazz and nothing else, For that reason we dont go as often as we would like.

two words - parsnip puree. I'm into trying new places whenever I can. It's a real hit and miss way to go out for food. I will try just about any place and anything on the menu.

I have to say though that Hana's was a hit. A total HIT! I loved everything from the calamari appetizer to the trio creme brule.

But I have to say that the best thing I had there was actually off my husbands plate...yeah I snatch stuff off his plate all the time. Poor guy, drives him nuts.

Anyway, the best thing was the parsnip puree.

It was so smooth and perfectly balanced. It didn't have so much cream that you hardly tasted the actual vegetable. It was heaven.

I'd go back there just for a plate of that.

I also liked the open kitchen. I was able to watch the chef prepare my food. Super fun. Go there!

Friendly dining at its best!. If your looking for a friendly face and good food, Hanna's is the place to go! The food, atmosphere and servie was great!

Excellent food, excellent people. We have heard good things about this somewhat new restaurant in RSM. So, this past Friday we gave it a try. We were very impressed with every aspect of the restaurant. There was a decent menu selection, and the food was nicely prepared. The entire staff was extremely friendly and really made our evening that much more enjoyable.

Dave. Good food, friendly staff. Dave is out and about making people feel welcome. Easy location to get to.
