Authentic Mexican in Rancho!. My family must eat here twice a week! It's always our "go to". My kids like the chicken tacos and carne asada quesadilla. I LOVE their spinach and mushroom enchiladas. So much flavor packed on a plate! My husband always goes for the #1 combo w/an extra taco. The employees are super nice and the service is always great. Verrrry reasonable prices. Check it out!

Aptly Satisfies Weekly Mexican Crave. La Fiesta offers deliciously prepared Mexican food at exceptionally reasonably prices. It is not a fine dining experience but rather a clean and tastefully themed grill where the long time employees are happy, and the owner takes a personal stake in you being completely delighted with every aspect of his food and service. I have personally ordered more than a dozen of their entrees and have thoroughly enjoyed every one. My favorite, though, has to be their ginormous Carne Asada burrito, wet. It truly is a meal all on its own. Besides a cold drink, and an ample supply of their incredible salsa & chips, there's not much else you'll need for the rest of the day. If you are looking for great Mexican food, and right here in RSM, La Fiesta is the place to go.
