Nervous. The company charges an upfront fee for kitchen design, which is applied to your subsequent cabinet purchase. Be aware that when the cabinets are ordered, full payment is required (yes, 100%). Sorry to say, credit cards are not accepted, so be prepared to write a $30,000 +/- personal check to Kristy.

Not As Expected. We believe the designer is qualified, but wish we would had selected a larger company with more employee depth, financial strength, and time to devote to us.
