Bad Service, Enough to Never Come Back. I am sad to have to give this place a 1 star, we've been here before and it's a nice, clean place and seems quite family friendly. The food is not bad but not stellar either. Why the 1-star rating? Because we got such terrible service from the lady that took our order, enough so that we decided to never come back (it is our belief that the person who took our order was the manager/owner). Like many families, we are on a budget these days, so we took our BravoBurger coupon with us and headed out for a fun family night out. We asked for two burgers, one with sweet potato fries and the other with onion rings and two drinks. For our son, the kid's meal grilled cheese, to which my husband asked "do you have fruit?," to which the lady behind the counter replied "yes." "OK, I'll get that with fruit then" (their menu says fries can be substituted with fruit or salad). Lo and behold, when we got our bill and our food, we were shocked to find that we had 4 sides total, and a bill where the items were SEPARATELY charged. Mind you, there are combo plates which is what we thought we were getting, but we were charged a la carte prices for everything. In fact, the kids' meal ended up not only having the fries but a massive bowl of fruit! My husband went to see what happened, particularly why our son had two very large sides, and the lady simply argued with us that we "didn't ask right"! I guess we didn't say the magic words, or give her a song and dance with that order. Anyway, she quite literally placed her feet apart and made steely eyes at us, looking like she was ready to fight us over it. So not worth it. At that point, as we were in a hurry to leave, we just said never mind, and that we won't be coming back.
i used to work there and we werent allowed to throw away old food or anything we dropped on the floor thats why i quit
