Poor client communcation...Over 1 month for results!.
Horrified. Wife went in for routine visit. Urine test performed due to increased frequency of urination.
1 month later!!! assistant calls with results saying urinary infection.
Assistant said didn't get results from lab until 1/18/2010. As a veterinarian, most urine and culture tests take maybe 5-7 days maximum. Guess what. Asked several obgyn's on JustAnswer . com and they agree. The one month delay is inexcusable. Also, everything is computerized, so no reason for Doctors of Women to have not contacted lab after 7 or so days to find out where the results are.
Still no word from doctor. Not even an apology from the assistant. Just an excuse that is very well a lie.
Stay away from Doctors of Women!
