Experts and great customer service. My recent experience with the hearing test and with audiologist, Teresa Kenny, MA, was very pleasant. Teresa is an experience professional answering all of my questions after carefully reviewing my hearing test results. Teresa offered several options for 'hearing aids' for my consideration. I was given excellent care when being fitted with my hearing aids and even during the 'trial' period. Teressa called several times in the first couple of weeks to check-in, answer any additional questions and make sure the fit was comfortable.

Linda at the reception area was equally polite, friendly and professional. I have already referred this facility to several friends, 1 of whom encountered the same pleasant experience as I did.
