GREAT JOB AS ALWAYS!.
I have been using Jim and his team for a few years for my home and business in Long Beach. He has always been more than fair - even came out multiple time to check on the results of his cleaning,
when the real problem wa a powdered cleaner we had used in the store was mucking up his work.
The lady with an issue about Jim's integrity must be a wack job (really) because in my experience he has always gone above and beyond the call to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I highly recomend Aero Clean Landreth - they are terrific!…

BEWARE!!!.
AeroClean came to my home in April 2011 to clean my expensive leather sofa. One of the workers used the wrong cleaning tool and damaged the leather. The owner, Jim, had promised to, in his words,
"make everything right". When his insurance claim was denied because of negligence by his worker, he had the audacity to state the couch was already damaged, even though when he came to give us the estimate, he stated our couch was in perfect condition.
I just wanted to make you aware that in case AeroClean damages your property, the owner Jim Buckholt will not honor his word. He is unprofessional and lacks business acumen.…
Reliable and professional.
About 2-3 times a year, we call AeroClean to clean the carpets and upholstery at our homecare facilities for the elderly.
I can always rely on them to do a great job, arrive within the timeframe they say they will come, and trust that their prices are very competitive. They even have occasional discounts and I like to take advantage of that.
Jim is always available to answer any questions I have regarding the maintenance of my carpets and upholstery, and they even did some light carpet stretching. I think AeroClean goes above and beyond my expectations. They really are carpet cleaning experts. I have recommended them to my friends and even my realtor.…
Personal Service and Fantastic Job. I was redoing my living room and knew the pieces I decided to keep needed some attention. I have a 800.00 overstuffed rocker that I could not part with since it was my favorite chair but it needed some attention. I also have a 600.00 hand woven wool rug from Croatia that I could not part with either because of it's uniqueness and again I was attached. Jim, owner of the company returned my message right away, asked the right questions and because he was so resonable and professional I went with my gut feeling. As it turned out and what I did not know at the time was that the rug was what they called a bleeder meaning the colors would run if I had gone with a company not aware of the complexity of cleaning it. Jim did and it looks brand new. My favorite chair is still my favorite but looks now how it looked when I first purchased it. I would recommend this company and of course Jim with any of my favorite things. Now my new living room redo has old and new with the old looking like I just purchased it. Obviously I would recommend this company with 10 stars....by the way Jim, you're terrific and so is your company...many thanks…
