Best Therapist in OC - The Work She Does Is Amazing

I went to see Kathy at one of the worst times of my life. I am 1000 percent better, almost completely back to myself now. I have learned how to manage my workload and stress and have been free from anxiety for about 5 months. The work she does is amazing and I hope people find their way to Kathy to get the help they need. It was the most difficult time of my life and I thank God daily for my recovery.

Warm, caring therapist

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Nickerson; I truly feel blessed to have had counseling with her. She has a very warm and caring personality and from our initial session made me feel comfortable sharing my concerns with her. Her approach, while direct, is that of a very sympathtic person. She was quickly able to help me identify areas that were adversely affecting me and gave me tools to jump-start the healing process. I directly attribute her kind manner and caring attitude to helping me achieve my goals.
