Fradulent business practices-Horrible Service

My complaints are similar to the other negative complaints you will read about this company.

I purchased over $3400.00 worth of outdoor furniture from The Patio Factory at the Atlanta Home Show in April. 6-8 week promised delivery never happened and mulitple attempts to contact someone through their customer service number (a Call Center with no one with any authority to act) were never responded to by any company representative. Atlanta Home Show directors intervened and after many more months, I received partial shipment only with promises to ship the balance within days.

Since then neither I nor the Home Show officials can get any response and my order remains incomplete and I'm out hundreds of dollars. I intend to file criminal charges against this company and their representatives.

Out of Business?

If this company isn't out of business yet, they are on their way. Do not do business with this company. I had an uneasy "gut feel" about this company at the time we placed our order at the Home and Garden show. When I researched them on the web afterward in early 2007 I couldn't find anything on them and their web site was poorly constructed. In turn, I called them frequently when awaiting our order, and in truth I was relying on my credit card company to cover me if I didn't receive my order.

Our order took a bit longer than 12 weeks (as committed) for delivery. However, it did not ship complete. I have been calling this company for 6 months and have been told numerous times the balance of the order would ship in the next few weeks. As of 10/9/07, none of their telephone numbers appear to be in service anymore, and their web site is under construction. The last time I was able to make contact was mid September. FYI - Early in 2007 I received great customer service from a gentleman who appears to have left the company many months ago. Ever since that time it has been one run around after another. This company had nice products at a reasonable price. Too bad they run their business terribly and in turn appear to have run themselves out of business. I'll have to write off the balance of my order (maybe my credit card company can help). Stay away from The Patio Factory ... far far away.

Do not do business with this company

This company is terrible. They promise you delivery in 4 weeks and then you can't get in touch with them. Do yourself a favor and stay away. They may not even be legit.
