STAY AWAY FROM TED BAKER!!! WORST STORE IN SOUTH COAST PLAZA, I'M SERIOUS!

DO NOT ENTER THIS STORE, YOU WILL REGRET IT! 2 days before a Xmas party I purchased a $220 black dress. The decision was rushed and I had never bought an item from this store before. Fast forward 2 days later I decided to return the dress, called the store to see what their return policy was. I did NOT ask for my money back and they did not offer it back but said I could exchange the dress. Well, everything in that store is at least $150 for one item. The manager stated that they would not give me store credit, I had to make an exchange when I brought the dress in. After arguing for 20 minutes, keep in mind I thought the customer was ALWAYS right, the manager Caroline stated she would make an exception and give me store credit. However when I arrived at the store to return the dress, 2 weeks later, due to my being out of town, a screaming match and argument took place as the wonderful manager Caroline stated she NEVER told me that! In front of other customers she continues to argue with me and then proceeds to talk about me to other employees in the store! So much for customer service! Please out of ALL the stores in South Coast Plaza do yourself a favor and don't get a headache by walking or even walking by this store. I'm disputing this dress off my credit card. By the way before purchasing the dress I asked if it would be on sale after Xmas, the manager said No, you guessed it the dress was on sale when I returned it! Unreal!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!! IF YOU BUY AND DON'T LIKE IT, YOU'RE STUCK WITH IT!!

• Pros: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
• Cons: WORST CUSTOMOER SERVICE EVER WHEN IT COMES TO RETAIL!!
