Great place to rent from. This will be the second year I rented from them for my daughter's b.day party at our house. They are great. About 20 bucks cheaper than other places! No complaints and I would recommend them to anyone.

Customer Service Poor. I didn't not even rent a jumper from this place because I couldn't get past their ridiculous requirement of providing a current bank statement or utility bill. They wanted a copy of the park permit which had all my information, I was paying by credit card so they would have all that informatioh but they were insistent that their policy required a current bill or statement (and said it didn't actually have to be in MY NAME!!!). When I requested a manager to help clarify the ridiculous policy, all the manager was able to do was continue to quote company policy - no logic or reason whatsoever. Because I refuse to deal with ridiculous people and companies, I gave my business to Party N Save instead. Party N Save was excellent to deal with - they were timely, their requirements were reasonable, they helped me save money by not charging a "park fee" becaues there was electicity at my park and they were timely in responding to my reservation, called me often on the day of the event to re-confirm details, and the set and take down was perfect. Please save yourself frustration and rent from Party N Save. I promise I do not work for them - it's an idependent recommendation from a very happy customer!
