Amazing customer service and quality work!. I recently employed Mr. Window Cleaner's to have my home's windows done before the holiday season, and I can not say enough about their services. When I called, the sales representative answered all of my questions, and even informed of all the internet specials they had available as well! Their team arrived at my home on time and ready to work, and left my windows squeaky clean in record time. Not only did their employees fastidiously recheck their work upon completion, they let me check everything through to make sure I was satisfied, and I also received a follow up phone call from their offices to confirm my satisfaction with their services. I can't remember the time I had such attentive service! I have recommended them to all my neighbors and friends, and look forward to having them at my business as well. Check out Mr. Window Cleaner- you will not be disappointed!

THE BEST Customer Service EVER!!. I seriously cannot remember the last time I received such great service! Mr Window Cleaner's employees were uniformed, knowledgeable, and polite. They worked quickly and were very careful. I appreciated his "verification" call to personally thank me for my business and to be sure I was happy with the work that was done. I definitely will use this company again!

Window cleaning company with great personnel. Service was recommended by my housekeeper and I was NOT disappointed. The technicians were very friendly and payed great attention to detail. They got my tracks so clean and actually hand-washed each and every screen. Will surely use this company again.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS! SHADY BUSINESS ETHIC!!!. Be aware! They give you a lower quote over the phone and advertise ?FREE? estimates.

It is everything but?

We now have to pay $37 in ?service call? charges because I did not agree to have my windows cleaned for the amount the crew gave me on the day of, which was 40% more than the original given over the phone. This all happened after I made clear we have a coupon for the service.

Never dealt with such a shady business. It is my fault I signed something I shouldn?t. I now know better than that. Hard lesson to learn. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

While I was appologizing to the guy who came to our house (who is employed by this company) told me: " It's ok. It happens all the time. Just call the owner.You talked to him on the phone. He can figure it out."
