awful. This place is terrible! servers are rude. instead of getting our drinks and taking our order she walked over to Starbucks. place should be shut down. new management is needed!

Poor service. Not the best place to go for families. So a few sundays ago

I came here with my sister and my niece and nephews. I knew that this placed served brunch, but I also knew that they were a bar with a big sport night crowd. I'm already doubtful. My sister wanted to try it because her coworker raved about it.

So it may be a good place for a single person who wants to watch boxing or some other sports event, but we had a poor experience there. The service was subpar and the food was just ok. They weren't very accomodating for the kids and we didn't feel very welcome.

I'm convinced that restaurants can't be everything for everybody. Like I said, they probably do a great job for the late night crowd, but for families, not so much.

Very rude. I have never write any review before, especially a bad one. The experiences I had with this place motivate me to send the words out to want others. I went there on Saturday May 7 2011, it was a boxing night so there were a lot of people, when I asked how long I might have to wait to get a table, they told me it's not going to happen. I eat out every weekend, I never been told by a restaurant that I cannot get a table, the wait might be long (30 minutes, 45 min, 1 hr). So, I went home, my wife called them to find out if they have anything special for Mother's Day May 8, they told my wife they do have All You Can Eat till 3PM, my wife asked if they have high chairs or booster seat available for our kids, they said they do. On Sunday May 8, I took my mom and other siblings there, as soon as I enter the door with my 1 year old son, the employee ran out to stop us from going in, they said no kids allow. How this possible? they told us the night before they have high chairs/booster seats. The only thing I can think of is cause I'm asian. Afterward, I read many reviews about this place being rude and racist.

SHADY EMPLOYEES. At at this Bar & Grill with my family, I accidentally left my credit card in the folder with the waitress, called back 5 hours later and they couldn't find my card, nor did they want to help me out. When calling back to speak to the waitress they keep giving me the run around and ignoring my phone calls or leaving me on hold till I would eventually hang up.

Good Experience. After reading the reviews, I had mixed feelings. Some were good and some were bad. I decided to see for myself. I was really satisfied with the drinks and the place, this is fun place to just hang out with some friends and have a great time. You can even watch the game…so I would say it was great.

Overpriced, slow and rude and terrible food. title says it all. when on a light night takes 20 mins for drinks, another 20 for burnt chicken appitizer. and waiter with attitude and no time for you even though less than ten people in whole place. very poor. I complained about the unedible food and did nothing. so no tip needless to say. good reviews must be the employees

WORST SERVICE EVER. Worst Service ever Bouncer's try to over use there authority. I got there like around 9:30 & they told me if I would of been there before 8:00 p.m. it would of been ok. I got kicked out this weekend from there for having Jersey on after 8:00.... There was more people with Jersey's on, but supposably they were there before 8:00. All I have to say Is F___k "Joel" Head of Security

Rude Bouncers. I don't think the bouncers realize that this establishment is a business. Just because people are in your club doesn't mean you can treat them any way you want. Just like any business if you do not treat your paying customers right, they will not be back and an unsatisfied customer is most likely to tell others about their bad experiences. With that said I don't know if I just encountered someone who was in a bad mood or what, but lets try to treat your customers professionally and don't make inappropriate comments when it's their own fault they have let too many people in the club and people cannot move around properly. Management talk with you people.

Best place in HB!. I have yet to have a bad experience at this place. The owner was really cool to us, reasonalbly priced drinks, great atmosphere. Also a good place to watch the UFC fights! The only con is the line and max capacity of weekend nights.

Best bar in downtown HB!
