Nothing but GREAT things to say about them. Max (last year for our fridge) and Jerry (today for my mother-in-law's stove) both provided quick, knowledgeable and friendly service! In the latter case, our SOS went out to them the day before Thanksgiving. Jerry showed up on time, diagnosed the problem within minutes, had the necessary part in his vehicle and completed the entire repair in under 15 minutes, cleaning up after himself, too!

Thsi guy really exceeded my expectations - he was at my house on time and fixed my dryer in about 20 minutes. He's a very nice man who comes prepared and quickly solves your appliance problems.

My repair bill was extremely reasonable and the repair man was very fast. Not because he had to be but because he knew exactly what he was doing and had the parts on his truck.

awful!. Simply awful! I called them to get my fridge repaired. Waited all day, the tech finally came about 30 minutes late. They assured me over the phone that the repair will be done the same day. It was not. The tech did not have any parts on him, but he promised to come back the next day. Now its been 5 days. I called them today and they said that the pars are on the Back Order and they will call me when the parts came in. Why did they have to lie that they had the parts? All my food is spoiled... I should have called someone else.
