These guys rock! I had several pool services come to my house to give me an estimate on a new motor since my poolman said it was fried and estimated anywhere from $550 to $900 for a new one. OC Pool sent Bryan who determined my motor was not in need of replacement but simply needed a capacitor and charged me only $90 total. I fired my pool man and hired this company who so far has been very consistent and the pool is spotless. Highly recommend**** Karen

true professionals. these guys did a great job troubleshooting my pool heater after I called several other companies out, most did not show up the ones who did couldn't figure out my problem. I ended up hiring Bryan to take care of my weekly pool cleaning too. I'm very happy with OC Pool & Spa and I'd recommend them to anyone with a pool. Thanks guys- bradley newport beach resident

I am a new customer to Orange County Pools. I have had 3 people look at my Punp and no one could figure it out. That was about a month ago. Then I called them and a guy named Randy came out. He replaced my motor and it fixed my problem. Sunday I called him about a small leak that started. He came out and fixed it without any delay. I very much appreciate the fast service.

This company is incredible. Randy in particular did an excellent job for my leak repair and new equipment. His technical knowledge was next to no one and we had 3 bids done before we started the job. I was also very happy with Brian`s quick response in resoving a problem we had with warranty. Great Job

Shady business. We called to ask an formal estimate cost of fixing the pool for the appraiser. Brian came but only gave me an email of cost instead of a formal one which I can't use. I called them again and they promised that I'll get a formal one at the end of the day which never arrive. Then they stopped picking up my calls. I should have known since they don't have any physical address listed on their site. Waste of $100 on a fraud shady scamming business.

Jekyll and Hyde - That's what I got from this company. As long as I didn't question anything, they came every week and took care of the pool. However, once I questioned work that wasn't authorized, I couldn't reach anyone, calls weren't returned. And when I finally did get someone on the phone, I was yelled at and hung up on.

Great Company to work with. These guys are the best. Always very consistent and reliable. They know what they are doing. I have tried it myself before and I usually failed. They havent. My pool and spa look great and more importantly I never have to worry about it.

OCPS...Truly a FULL SERVICE pool company. I've now worked with Orange County Pool & Spa for the last 10 years. The owner, Brian, initially was referred to me by my Dad, since then I have relied on OCPS for so many services...from a simple electrical short to recently the install of a new pool heater & LED light and control. Very importantly to me, OCPS has consistently been Efficent, Reliable & HONEST!
