I highly recommend them!!!. This is the second time we've used Renew Cleaning Company! They are wonderful and DO an AWESOME job!!!! All the dirty spots are gone! A++++ service. It is hard to find a good carpet cleaning company, especially one that meets my standards. I used to be in carpet cleaning business a long time ago and can appreciate a good service. Renew impressed me with the thoroughness and time spent on cleaning my carpets. There is no residue and smells after Jon left. The only bad thing was he ran out of business cards for me to refer others to him. The plus is that the price was beyond reasonable. Jon was not overpriced as the other reviewer had commented. In fact I thought I was going to have to pay more. I highly recommend Renew Carpet Cleaning.

Simply the BEST in Orange County. I hired Renew Carpet Cleaning to clean my carpet and upholstery and they did a phenomenal job. They were on time, friendly, and honest and they did not sell me anything I did not want, went above and beyond the call duty to make sure that I was 100% happy with everything. Affordable price, green products to make my carpet and upholstery look the best and feels soft, silky and dried quickly. I love this company. I highly recommend Renew Carpet cleaning and will continue to use their services.

Astronomical fees for stains & were not consistent in what. Our experience with Renew carpet cleaning was that they had astronomical fees for stains and were not consistent in what they charged and what they later quoted. They did do a good job cleaning the carpets.

The owner, who cleaned our home, said he saw an ink stain that he could try to get it out for $30 with no guarantee. I thought it was quite expensive to try to remove an ink stain but reluctantly agreed and asked him to try. The solution and machine unfortunately made the stain worse and he was not able to get it out. It would have probably been better and cheaper if I had left it alone.

A few months later, I called and asked how much it cost to remove an ink stain. Josie replied, $10. Then, I proceeded to share that I was charged $30. She then replied that she shouldn't have said $10. She said that other companies charge much more than they do ($30). The company that is doing my carpet now charges $5 for a large ink stain.

I thought the charge of $30 for a stain was excessive and was also disappointed with the discrepancy of price and story.… Yes, I did give him permission to try to get the stain knowing the price and in hind sight, I wish I didn’t. I share my experience to help others.

Also, one of the specials on their website advertise $89.99 for four rooms. FYI…It means two rooms, a hall and a bathroom. Not four full rooms.

Simply the best in Orange County. Had many different carpet cleaners but none was like Renew Carpet Cleaning. Jon is my Superhero. He worked so hard, keept working on the stains, and made my carpet look perfect, dried within 2 hours, and NO stains came back. Truly the best. Highly recommend Renew. WOW, you have a lifetime customer. THANK YOU.

The best Tile Restoring in OC. You are truly the MERCEDES of cleaning company.

Tile looked horibble, Renew accomodated me with the Saturday appointment, was on time, very professional staff, friendly and prices are unbelievebly affordable for the QUALITY that they do. Can't believe honest companies exist I LOVE RENEW CARPET CLEANING. Perfect from start to finish. On time, professional staff, excelent on renewing tile and carpet. Love the organic products, everthing staying cleaner, carpet dried quicky, tile restored and I am a customer for life. Cannot THANK YOU enough for being the best.

Many cleaning company come in and sell their stuff but NOT Renew, they came in did a PERFECT job, friendly, professional, provided great info. and left. NO pushy sales people at Renew Carpet Cleaning.

I will always use your services and recommend you, see in in 6 months.
