I went on my birthday (July '08) and had an overall good experience. I got there 10 minutes early, but the esthetician wasn't ready until about 15 minutes past my appointment time. She made up for it though. I got the deep cleansing facial, and it was well worth the wait. The lady at the front desk was very nice, too. She encouraged me to write a review on Goldstar (where I had purchased the service) if I had a positive experience. Another employee, however, LITERALLY said, "But if you didn't, well, you just keep your mouth shut...just kidding." I know she was kidding, but I found it rude, unprofessional and tacky. That was the only negative part of my experience. I won't hold that against the whole spa, but I surely wouldn't want to encounter that person again. RE:Fresh is always great - I never have to wait to make an appt. and the service is excellent. The Cleanse Facials are wonderful (ask for Jan - she's not too chatty but makes a little small talk to put you at ease). I also get my eyebrows done by her and she does a great job. Great no nonsense facial and eyebrow place - good place to go if you have a facial regimen you want to do maintain but don't want to spend a fortune.
Pros: Affordable and high quality services, no frills but excellent service
Cons: Non - my facial place of choice!
