Wow!! I felt great afterwards and looked forward to more. Cathy, our instructor, was very nice and informed me that I should pace myself the first time out and not worry about keeping up with the others. I loved it!!! Wow!! I felt great afterwards and looked forward to more. As the weeks went by my scale was not moving, but Cathy kept telling me I should go and get measured. So I went to see Cynthia and found out that I had lost 9.5 inches and 4% body fat in just 4 weeks. I was very excited, shocked and motivated to keep going. I decided to throw away my scale and just go by how I felt and how my clothes fit. This was hard for me as I weighed myself every day. The classes have a great group of ladies who make you feel very welcome. The instructors are wonderful and give you encouragement all of the time.
