Honesty & Integrity. Pacific Park is the best. Vasken has always been so helpful. I trust him 110%. A man of his word. He's been my jeweler for 10 years. All my friends and family now shop with him. I always recommend him.

DEPENDABLE MERCHANT. I have had excellent service with Pacific Park Jewlers. Vasken the owner, is the most genuine and honest person to deal with when shopping for special and unique designs. I have bought from him and referred many family and friends to him for decades. Buying diamonds and jewelry to the untrained consumer can be a daunting and confusing experience and of the 20 or so potential customers referred, NONE have ever had a negative opinion.

Keeping in mind that negative reviews of "staff" in any business should be a consideration of where a person spends their money however, I continue to maintain my position that Vasken the owner of this establishement is top notch and on behalf of myself and those longtime customers that have employed his expertise he is our go to guy!

Run For the Hills. I've had such a bad experience with this jeweler. They talk in circles, and make excuses and don't follow through with their word. They seem friendly but watch out, they will tell misrepresent facts and tell you bold face lies. Keep your money; go somewhere else for a battery--which is their usual lure into the store. Rarely do I post, but the public should be warned against these con artists: Vasken and Roger.

Treated very poorly. I would normally never take the time to write this because I would never want to causally attack a small business in this economy. On the samepoint I think that they also need to extend theselves a bit more in this economy.

The first thing I noticed was that the selection seems to have gotten cheaper than what I used to seeing. Then of course the rude customer service did not help. It seemes as though me, along with several others were bothering the rude men behind the counter. We thought we were customers.

To top it off we all left at about the same time and laughed at the expierience and about the exact same time said....they'll be out if business very quickly. I mean C'mon...they were selling out of a catolog.....wedding rings...when the store sample is a picture be careful because even they did not get one.

Shop elsewhere. Unless you spend lots of money they will not give good service.

Do not shop at Pacific Park Jewelers in the Plaza de la Paz Mall. Worst expierience and they broke my expensive watch. They are so rude! Liars. Stay away.. Vaskin (the owner) is a mean little man. He owed me a phone call for a week. He never called.

Stay away will not stand behind the products he services. This economy is getting worse and he simply walked away in a defensive little huff as though he were a little boy and did not address my issue at all.

I took my watch in to have them replace the battery. It was taking a very long time.

The battery replacement man came out to me and said "I guess you've been having trouble with this watch because I can't get it to work with a new battery". He then mentioned I was missing one of the posts on the watch.

I am a collector of watches. This one was the last my Dad gave me prior to passing away. This watch was perfect except for the battery.

I needed a new battery. He then began looking for the post on the ground. Obvioulsy he knew he broke the watch and lost the stem. Or was he acting while looking for it?.

Vaskin assured me he would have it fixed I should leave it. I said I am not leaving it. You can't even replace a battery.

After going to several local experts I was told that I would need to send it back to the manufacturer. They found the face of the watch moist along with the missing post. Never a problem before.

I was told I would be called after they got the new piece in and never hearing back after an entire week. I stopped by and again saw the owner. His response was it was broken when you brought it in. He knows this is not true.

Obviously not doing well as he is now only open 5 days a week.

Be careful. When they make a mistake they blame you the customer. I want to be sure that no on else gets taken by this lying defensive man that does not deserve the patrons of the area. Go to a real store. One that stands behind the work they do.

A real jeweler would care. Pacific Park Jewelers and Vaskin have the worst offerings of cheap product

and even cheaper service. Stay away from them at all costs.

Love the Owner & Selection!. I've purchased many times from this business and have been totally satisfied. I love the owner and feel he is fair with pricing and the quality is great! I've referred many friends - all have been happy.

Gave me the run around - buy elsewhere. Customer service is poor and no follow-through. I had paid for a ring appraisal and never received the documentation. I went back twice and was told both times the lady who works the computer has not come in and would be working "for sure next week." It is now a over a month later and I still have yet to receive anything. I do not trust the ownership. I would not shop here nor recommend them to anyone.
