Racist, Offensive and Dishonest. Convenience was what lured my friend into this establishment. She went in to have her watch battery changed. The battery died after one week and upon her return, the owner blamed the stopped watch on a problem with the watch. She trusted his assessment of the situation and agreed to have him investigate the issue and clean the hands on the watch at the cost of $85.

When she returned to pick up her watch, she noticed that the hands were still dirty and the price had increased to $91.55. She asked him to explain to her what he had done to the watch and he yelled at her telling her that she needed to get someone to come talk to him that spoke English (she is Vietnamese). She asked him to please calm down and explain to her what he had done. Again, he yelled at her and told her to get the "f-" out of his store or he'd call the police. Despite his racist, explosive and offensive rant, she again tried to reason with him explaining that she was the customer and would be happy to pay, but would appreciate him to explain what he had done to the watch. Finally, he put his headphones on and ignored her.

Her manager went to the store to try and help and was instucted she my friend should be fired because she is a "b-" and if she wasn't fired, he would tell everyone not to go to the place of business. He also gave the receipt for the watch (which my friend paid for in full out of fear that she would not get her 10th anniversary present back) which he would not give to the person whom had hired and paid him.

This person is a crook, is clearly racist and does not deserve the community's business. Please pass on the treatment of my friend to everyone you know and take your repairs elsewhere and purchase your jewelry anywhere else.

excellent serviecs. I have had excellent service with Pacific Park Jewlers. Vasken the owner, is the most genuine and honest person to deal with when shopping for special and unique designs. I have bought from him and referred many family and friends to him for decades. Buying diamonds and jewelry to the untrained consumer can be a daunting and confusing experience and of the 20 or so potential customers referred, NONE have ever had a negative opinion.

rare and highly valued. Rare and highly valued. Treated better than just a customer, developed a relationship with the owner and have a experienced a one of a kind friendship that comes around once in a life time. These days it's hard to have trust with someone that you can count on, I would never go any where else!!!
