Worst Customer service and Store. The stores customer service was so bad I wrote a letter to apple, telling them I will never use their products again. I tried to spend money in there after being told they were the only place that had stock on the item I needed, and when I got there the attendant took 20 mins to try and prove me wrong, only to say well I still cant sell you this without a genious appointment. I told them I already did that appointment in Irvine, and they sent me here. What a bunch of bull. Aweful store, even worse customer service.

Great Service every time. They are very helpful with setting up my second phone. I stop in now and then and they always help out. They have great classes for FREE.

Apple's One-to-One program is the best computer investment you could make.. The ability to have my own personal computer/digital photo expert for an hour a week, for an entire year , is wonderful. It's the best Christmas present I recieved last year, and if my daughter doesn't give it to me again, well, I'll just pay the $99 myself! I've had five or six different Apple guys helping, and they are all very helpful and pleasant. This is a great service for anyone who is learning how to get the most out of his/her computer.

The large, white retail equivalent of Apple's online catalog is available at major shopping areas nationwide.. In Short
Frosted glass doors, white floors, and minimal hardwood shelving allow a lot of open space for these often-crowded shops. A young, hip staff outfitted in black T-shirts and lanyard nametags help families and students find iBook and iMac computers and software. Teens and 20-somethings can be found checking out the latest iPod MP3 players and accessories before heading home to download music and audio from Apple's iTunes.com to their new toys.

Hard to not do more than window shop. I own an old Apple Powerbook that I still love. Ever since the Apple Store opened its doors, however, I can't walk through the mall without feeling like I need to buy the newest notebook computer. They just look so spiffy on those simple wood shelves. Oh yeah, the workers are helpful too.
