Poor Customer Service!. If you buy a fountain from this place, be sure to get enough putty (used for leveling the fountain)... I had an unbelievable situation happen... They did not provide me enough putty to adequately assemble my fountain and when I returned to pick up more putty, they charged me for it. I questioned the charge (as I just had bought a $500 fountain from them) and they argued with me about it, insisting that I show them my receipt. Not a great way to win back a customer! Would have appreciated a sufficient amount of tools required for assembly or at least a willingness to provide for the customer's needs on the return trip.

No customer service. The prices seemed pretty fair to me. Fairly good selection overall. Customer service is most important to me though. I litterally had to talk a salesperson away from playing games on the computer to show me fountains. He had no sales skill, almost no product knowledge. If I hadn't needed a fountain in a couple of hours I would have walked away. Adrian, the hard working support person is the one who found the right fountain in the right color and with sweat pouring down on a hot day carefully loaded the fountain into my car with burlap sacks. He saved the day and the sale!
