I currently live in Nevada and was just visiting my sister in south orange county. She told me about this pet store that she shops at and asked me if i wanted to check it out. A man in the store recognized my sister right away and my sister informed the gentleman that she did not think I was feeding the right food to my dog. Apparently he had switched her dogs food and her dog has been doing a lot better health wise since she switched. I told him that I was feeing my dog Science Diet and that my dog itches to the point of bleeding. He informed me that the food was causing my dog to itch! He printed off a few sheets for me to take home and read and told me some of the foods he would reccomend i switch to. Even though i was he knew i was not going to be a customer there, he still helped me out. Now, 5 months later my dog has completely healed! I cannot thank him enough
Pros: very knowlegable about pet food
Cons: none!

I resently bought a parrotlet from Pet Country and I could not be happier!! I had been looking for a place to buy one for some time but the birds either seemed extremely nippy or were over priced. (The Zoo wanted $300 for a green!) The people at Pet Country were a great help. I was able to see all of their baby birds while they were still hand feeding them and they let me know the personalities of each. A few weeks later when I went to pick up my bird...she was the sweetest thing! She would sit on my hand and even let me pet her! The store itself is a little messy (but I really can't blame them with all the birds they have throwing their food everywhere). The people there however are great! I think it is run by a father and daughter. The daughter was the one who helped me with my bird. I just honestly can't say enough about this place! I have had my bird now for 2 months and am still as happy with her as the day I bought her. Thanks Pet Country!!!!
Pros: Amazing Birds, Great People, Family Owned
Cons: A little messy
