Absolutely Amazing Experience!

Yesterday (4/20/11) I went to get a facial and massage at the Skin Renewal office in Aliso Viejo, CA. I have been to a couple of very popular, larger spas and enjoyed them. This was quite a different, personal experience. The office is lovely and the Esthetician, Heidi Mesbah, was simply amazing! It is a very private experience. Heidi is the perfect kind of person to be in this profession. She is very sweet, spiritual and really knows her business. The facial I received was beyond anything I've ever experienced. It took an hour and a half and was the most relaxing experience I've ever had. When I left I felt like I had been treated like a celebrity. My skin felt and looked wonderful. Believe me, make an appointment with Heidi and you will be in for a huge treat!

Heidi knows her stuff!!

I am in my 30's and have had the occasional facial from various spas, they have always tried to push their products and make the facial more of a relaxing experience rather than an experience with an outcome. I saw Heidi's reviews online and took a chance, I will say it is the best chance I took. She is truly amazing, she examined my face and told me what would be best for me without pushing any product, just a true genuine opinion. I will say I will be a client of hers for a very long time. My facial was relaxing but I also finally had an outcome and a solution going forward....which was exactly what I was looking for. :)

Heidi is wonderful - you will feel like a million dollars!

If the criteria for excellent service is five stars, Heidi deserves six. Heidi has created a very peaceful atmosphere which allows you to lie back and relax. Whatever type of procedure you may be having - a facial , microdermabrasion or the very cool oxygen treatment, Heidi will always explain the process and any products she is using. About halfway through, you will be thinking, I need to do this more often. Not only will you feel wonderful, your skin looks transformed - I think she has magic hands!

I've had dry skin problems for twenty years (and wrinkle problems for five)...tried everything (and I mean everything!) without success until I went to Heidi. I scheduled five, once/month Express Facials (30 minute), and by the second facial, not only was my problem solved, I actually got THREE compliments specifically about how my skin looked so good. Truely, I can't believe the difference. This is remarkable because I had freckly, parched skin, and NEVER received compliments...only suggestions! Her products are expensive, but well worth the money. I'd say invest in Heidi, and you won't have to worry about your skin again.

Microcurrent Facial, Nonsurgical facelift

I have always wanted to do something to look younger. I am afraid of using a lot of the medical procedures because I was concerned that it might look bad. I tried Botox once and not only was it expensive, but the doctor did it in such a way that it made my eye droop. So, I started looking into microcurrent treatments and natural ways to look younger. I read a lot of the reviews about Heidi and decided to give her a try. She was so professional and did a terrific job. I was a nonbeliever but I came home and my husband said he could really notice a difference. My skin was glowing and looked younger. You have to go back for a series of treatments to maintain the look but Heidi will work with you to find just the right mix of treatments at an affordable cost. I was so surprised to find that another person who was recommending the same service was $50 more. I have had many facials and never really noticed much until today's appointment. I am going back to see Heidi next week. I really appreciate those of you who posted your comments because there are so many estheticians and it is very hard to find one that really makes much of a difference. Heidi is a product expert and is very passionate about what she does. I would highly recommend her!
