Very Bad Business, Staff is terrible,. Its 4/22/08 my girlfriend just went by at 4:00 pm and it was open but no one working there, she waited 10 minutes yelled to the back and just left, yesterday i went by the girl at the front desk was so rude, its very frustrating to buy a membership, and have to deal with imature staff! Sometimes on weekends its not even open when it says it should be. Who ever owns it must be smoking something, they have no idea what they are doing!

Oh i almost forgot, one night my girl went in and had to wait for the good bed and the staff had his girlfriend over and he was making out with her on the couch next to my girlfreind making her feel pretty uncomfortable.

Its just a low rent place in a high class area with the worst staff i have ever encountered

I will say there are a couple of good employees but most of the time its a joke!

I not going back either is my girlfriend!

Best place to tan in the OC. Amazing beds. All of them are top of the line and are very clean. The place is welcoming and pleasing to the eyes. Service is also fast and courteous. The manager there, I believe to name Sarah, is veryyy helpful. She is quick and efficient and from the times I been there, she has been very kind. She is an angel princess. The other workers at the salon are also very nice and sweet. I believe their names are Amber, Paula, and Chaunty. All of the workers have been knowledgeable in the different forms of tanning and are experts in what they do. The facility is clean and as well as generous (tons of candy). The price very cheap compare to other places. I would definitely recommend Sundown Tanning to everyone I know. Other places I have been to the OC have been very rude and not competent in their knowledge in tanning. It is located in a nice shopping center where it is nice and clean. A place where my wife and I feel safe to got to. I highly recommended this place to everyone. I am from LA and I been to a lot of tanning salons, but not even come close to Sundown Tanning. What makes the place, the ultimate place, are the very beautiful employees. Makes it worthwhile to go there. GOOD JOB to the owner!

great customer service by long time employees. One employee in particular, has been there for serval years, and is always very helpful. She remembers our names, as well as most clients. Other employees regularly have excessive number friends hanging out infront of salon, smoking usually. Very clean salon. Close to our house. For the most part, very plesant experience.

Horrible customer service. The girl who sold me my package was unhelpful and very rude. I picked up a business card to complain and when I called no one picked up, and there is no voice mail. I asked to change my package, because on my way out, I found a better deal on the wall that the girl didn't even offer me. She rudely said she wouldn't exchange my package. I tried calling the number on my receipt which is different than the one on the card and it was a personal cell phone.

Too much loitering of employees friends. I?ve been going there for a few years now but I?m really getting fed up with the loitering of all the employees? friends hanging out in the business. Sometimes you can stand there just wanting for the clerk to wait on you, they are usually busy BSing with their friends at the counter.
