In Short – Bright colors and comfortable furniture give this chain cafe a laid-back feel, with scattered tables that beckon coffee-sipping readers, chatters and diners. All baked goods--bagels, muffins, two dozen kinds of bread--are made fresh on the premises. Sandwiches include turkey-artichoke panini and Asiago roast beef, plus standards like chicken salad and smoked turkey. Soups change daily, but popular choices like broccoli and cheese, chicken noodle and French onion are always on the menu.

I do not usually eat here, but when I have, I've always liked it. Their food is very good, especially the sandwiches/paninis. It is similar to Corner Bakery, but a bit nicer. Great sit-down restaurant with fast service. Their bread can't be beat, which makes sense since that is what they're known for!
- Pros: Service, Ambience, Parking, Food
Great for lunch or light dinner

As a former college student at the nearby university, I frequented this Panera as my choice location to study. The paninis are fresh, the soups savory, and the coffee is perfectly blended. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Free wi-fi doesn't hurt as well. This location serves a variety of people--college students, business people, small families, seniors, and basically anyone who just wants to grab a mug of coffee and read the paper. I highly recommend the Frontega Chicken panini and the Crispani. Baguettes can be hard but I guess baguettes are generally like that. Overall, this is a great place to meet up with friends, study, work, or relax!
- Pros: Inexpensive, free wi-fi, great customer service, very little waiting time
- Cons: Parking at peak hours
Delicious sandwiches, flavorful soups, and savory egg souffles
by insun at Citysearch
Panera is a go-to for everything. Their sandwiches are fresh and delicious, their soups are savory and satisfying, and their salads are crisp and refreshing. But the biggest surprise was their egg souffles. I was a bit skeptical at first, as it seemed that no one could beat their honey dew iced green tea, or a roll of their fresly baked bagels for breakfast. But when I tried their artichoke egg souffle, it was a delicious and delicate balance of eggs, cream, cheese and artichokes. I cannot tell you how many times Panera has saved me from cooking breakfast and dinner! Highly recommended!
- Pros: An all around delicious and healthy alternative to greasy fast food
- Cons: None
