Worst Customer Service. I scheduled Coastline for an estimate for windows a couple of days ago .I was very disapointed with there customer service. I spoke to a girl named Christine Houk she was very rude and un professional . I woudl never do business with a company that prior to going out to my house would treat there potential customers so rude. I then spoke to other people I know and was told that Coast line hires ex cons that are on drugs . so this explains a whole l lot.... I would be careful with this company....

Best construction project I have ever done!. I was very impressed with Steve at Coastline. He was very infomative about the windows and spent the time explaining the differences between a quality window and those poorly made you find at the home improvement stores. My husband and I spent 3 months shopping and looking for a good all around window company and we selected Coastline. We were so glad we did. Steve accomodated my husband and I with all the special features I was looking for. The windows were installed with care and were done absolutely beautifully and right on time. We spent a litle more than we hqad planned but it was all worth it.

I am thankful to Coastline Remodeling for making this project so easy!
