The Scene – The owner of Laguna's French 75 excels with another sophisticated scene. More glamour-themed restaurant than bistro, Chat Noir re-creates swank Parisian nightlife. The sexy art-nouveau lounge bustles with upscale hipsters, with live jazz filtering through. The huge space retains intimacy with red velvet-draped alcoves and private-curtained booths. The covered patio offers lounge-style seating, and the formal dining room is richly appointed with leather banquettes and vintage French posters. – – The Food – Standouts include grilled salad, surprisingly warm…
What a Menu! Absolutely the Best as well as the staff!!!

I couldn't believe how nice everyone is. I would definitely go back at a blink of an eye without a hesitation. Let me tell you I met a bunch friends, well people who became friends. I met them there for the first time since the club set everything up there. When I first saw the menu, I couldn't believe it. It had everything under the stars and more. I definitely didn't expect anything like this at all as well as the atmosphere, which was out of this world. Since I am really not much of a meat eater, I ordered the "French Onion Salmon needless to say it was delicious, not too over powering and not dry at all. The chefs had to have gone to one of the best Chef's Schools to get the salmon like this because I use to date a chef and he had the best way of preparing salmon but the worst part of it ,he would not teach me his trade secret since he paid big bucks for his school. Darn him. I wonder if it is him in the kitchen. I can't look. I'll enjoy what I have now and embrase everthing here. It is so lovely here I don't want to go when it is over. I will return many times.

Best Cocktails Ever!!!
by thesmith
My friends and I have been going to Chatty Chat Noir (now Savannah, I know) for over a year now. The service is really what makes it stand out--the bartenders are the best in the county. The food is always delicious and the drinks are FAB-ulous. Sure, you spend some bucks, but you get so much in return. They even created a drink for me-a champagne cosmo that is to DIE for. Go ask for one. Your tummy will be so bubbly and happy and your taste buds will be tingly and all dance-y.
- Pros: Champagne cosmos, best bartenders ever, great live jazz
So romantic!

One of my favorite restaurant in Orange county. Its very romantic. The service is very good and also the food is amazing. My favorite thing to have is the 3 way duck. They also have a live music some nights. It has a nice bar/lounge to talk to friend and grab a little snacks at.
