The food and the manager make up for the poor service. I truly love this restaurant. Their price is right. Their menu is great. Their seasonal menu is amazing. The manager's really nice, too. I really like her.

All in all, I love this place, except, 2 out of 5 times we've been there, we somehow got this waiter who forgets to bring our food until our neighboring table noticed and had to flag him for us, or not careful with his order and spill things over the table. Luckily, the nice manager was around one evening to make things much better. The other times were okay. Not exceptionally bad or good service.

Although I really didn't like the service, the food and the manager definitely make up for it. Maybe I will just get 'to go' until I hear the service is better.

decent food, poor service. I live right nearby and have been there on many occasions. Every time I go, I never seem to recognize a familiar face or had good service. This last time I went with some friends and our kids, we had very unprofessional service from a novice waiter who forgot some of our order and brought out one of the kid's meals at the very end when we were all done. My fish special of the day had a lot of small bones which I was told was "normal as long as I didn't eat them"! Meanwhile, we noticed him socializing at the bar with a couple. When we complained to the manager he must have told the couple he was socializing with because as we were leaving, they had the nerve to tell us loud enough so that we could hear to get our kids out of here!
