Best Sushi for it's money!!!!. The employees are hilarious! I lived in Costa Mesa a few years ago and always ate their! The oysters, when they have them are the best. Menu prices are unmatched anywhere in California, especially with the quality. Eat there and get thinly sliced lemon in your roll! Learn about it!

it's not for me.... I found that many of their "specialty sushi" dishes were just slathered in heavy sauces. I know sushi is suppose to be healthy for you, however these dishes were not. I found parking around the side of the restaurant. It's ok for some people I guess, but I would not go back again. nice people though. P.S-- I used my credit card there and when i checked my statement it didn't match up. I'm in the middle of finding out what happened right now.

Definitely try this place!. Offers great customer service and their yellow tail and special rolls are great. I would also recommend their teriyaki chicken lunch special. I go there at least once a week!

Not the best, but not the worst.. This sushi restaurant is in a strip mall, so it's very busy and a bit difficult to park. We sat at the sushi bar as we always do at every sushi restaurant. It was a very busy (wed night) at the bar and the tables.

After reading over the regular menu and the 50% off menu we settled on the following rolls:

MGI - not good, plain

Maru Roll - served hot, ok, good sauce

Monkey Roll - best out of all we tried, good spicy mayo sauce

Albacore sushi (50% off) - good thick piece, good sauce

Fresh Water Eel sushi - good thick piece

Oyster Shooter (just one for my bf) - not good

Overall the experience, was ok & average. Probably wouldn't go back. The service was great though and the employees were very nice.

Worst fast food style Japanese(?) restaurant. I can not even tell it is Japanese food or some kind of joke. From the parking, I had a hard time and the sushi was the worst in OC. Don't eat any tempura also. It will make your stomach too greasy.

Nothing tasted right!. The sashimi tasted very fishy and the rice tasted funny.
