While apparel is the main draw, the urban emporium also sells kitschy, retro, and downright odd knick knacks and accessories for the living room, bedroom, and kitchen as well. Each section is packed with creative arrangements to peruse while listening to a soundtrack of the staff's favorite tunes.

NEVER EVER IN IRVINE. deeply insulted by a one of employees IN PUBLIC!!

SHE, a employee, followed me and my group when we were in a pet store,

"i saw you stealing a camera"

i was in shocked, so i was going to show her that IT IS MY CAMERA (fisheye)

" no. it's ok i have a video taped"

and turned back on me and walked away from us, WHILE i was saying

" no!!.... (leaving.. ) excuse me!! wait!! "

SPEECHLESS!!

People looked at me, of course, so we headed to back to Urban outfitters.

A manager said she was on a break? ?

if she was on a break, why would she come to me?

and first of all,,, how did she find me that i was in a pet store?

my girlfriend was shocked and got emotional, so she cried WHILE she was explaining and AFTER we got out from the store,,

our day ended up totally ruined!!

after she went BACKside of the store (had talking with manager?)

and she apologized. (while she was smiling and acted like there were nothing happened)

she said she THOUGHT/ assumed that we stole it.

BUT!!! still, she can't come to me, say such a thing and make a big scene in public!!

she might asked me that she saw me taking a camera from the store

and want to check it out or something IF SHE REALLY MEANT TO CATCH A SHOPLIFTER

right?

I, a customer, becoming a shoplifter, and insulting as a shoplifter, was OK

i didn't do it, so i could let it go!

but watching a person who i really love, CRYING? and ruining whole evening?? for WHAT & WHY???

so i decided to let everyone knows WHAT HAPPENED on 5/12/2007.

in this store.

SO, to ANYONE!! if you get chance to go to URBAN OUTFITTERS in Irvine Spectrum,

DO NOT ACT "suspicious" OR!! "JOYCE" might follow you to wherever you go.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!

because of your one of employees, which is a store's impression,

you have failed today.

i don't care HOW a employee or the store itself THINKs,

it is important HOW a one customer of the customers thinks!
