I bought an item from this seller and it was sent to through UPS. But for some reason the item got lost or mishandled by UPS. For two weeks i never did get the item. I still have not gotten the item. The seller does not want to refund my money. Every time i call the customer service line, the only thing i hear is that we will investigate the matter with UPS. I am already 2 weeks behind schedule and no one wants to help me get my item. I will never shop on this site again even if my life depended on it. Their customer service center is the worst i have every come across.
