Fabulous Little Gem!. The food here is sooo good and it's really different than most any other type of food. This is a great place for people who like to try something new. The staff is really from Peru and they are very friendly. It's also very easy on your wallet. Watch out when you order spicy stuff because ~ OUCH ~ the peruvians like thier spicy dishes FLAMING HOT ... the waitress will warn you first!

unexpected. This place is a big change form its big bother in Huntington Beach, but the people here are clearly Peruvian, wheras the Huntingotn Beach was American staffed. This place has the feel of old tradition and slow pace. They give you time to relax and since we came for dinner it was only half full. I think because it is located in a day time area. We originally tried lunch but could not get in because of the line, which made us stop in the first place. Try the beer Cusquena, lite and creamy with the Ceviche made from fresh Halibut. Spicy, so if you are not ready ask them to tone it down a bit.

Nice treat!. This is a nice little restaurant with it's Peruvian food. I have only been for lunch, and the place ihas always been full. The food is not spicy and features a lot of rice with chicken...in various forms...All of it very good. The prices are very reasonable. It seems like peasant food, down to earth...nothing too fancy.
