I had a TERRIBLE experience here - and I have been doing medical cosmetic treatments and fillers for years, so I definately know what I am talking about. Whoever was doing my IPL (photofacial) did NOT know what she was doing. Also I thought the Dr was very arrogant and was not about me; just himself.

The Skin Care Clinic is under new ownership by an exceptional Board Certified Plastic Surgeon! Let me tell you with the two reviews that wouldn't recommend that they were definitely talking about the old clinic. The name is now called The Skin Care Clinic & Cosmetic Surgery Center and is owned by Dr. Michael Santillanes. The staff is all new and are extraordinary. I didn't like the old owner named Susan and the type of business she ran. Mimi who was a part of the old staff along with Shannon still work there, along with Megan and Kelsey. They are some of the nicest people I have ever met. The prices are competitive, what do you expect when you are receiving some of the best care if not the best care, you can get in Orange County! The office is being renovated and redecorated it looks BEAUTIFUL! The facials I get are so relaxing and the laser hair removal really works!

BEST JUVEDERM TREATMENT I HAVE EVER HAD.
My current experience has been the exact opposite of the time before -
TERRIBLE!!!!
I thought that the professionalizm has gone down quite a bit and the prices have jumped to pre-ressession.
Not feelin' it at all. Do NOT recommend!

I came here for a plastic surgery consultation and I was very uncomfortable. I just felt that they were not looking out for my best interest.
In addition it looks like the entire staff had changed suddenly - very bad sign for a business.

I am pretty crazy about Dr Michael. He did a great job with my liposculpture and stem cell fat transfer and now I am a forever client! Went back for a DMAE facial and ran into the doc, and happily he had some time to chat with me. I have started a CO2 laser skin resurfacing treatment with him and I'm sure I will upgrade to 10 stars if I could, when I see the finished results in a month or so. The staff is freindly and competant.

Dr. Michael Santillanes is a great doctor, the office is absolutely beautiful, the staff is very friendly and attentive. I went there referred by my friend, and what a great experience. Dr. Michael takes his time with you, he makes sure that all the questions you might have are answerd. I visited at list 3 different doctors and ultimately he was the best choice for me. His prices are competetive compare to other doctors, but he is worth it, besides when it comes to a cosmetic surgeon you don't want to go with a cheap one.They offer every beauty treatment you can imagine in this place, from facial, to massages to breast surgery, and stem celll fst transfer. I had the full facial rejuvenation with stem celll fat transfer and Im extremely happy with the results.

I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE - GREAT RESULTS.
I have been doing various maintenance treatments since I was about 35 - i have always been a believer that doing little things as you get older is better than having to do something drastic later.
What I liked about the clinic was 1: they took their time to answer all my questions (they even said I could call then with more questions if I needed after the consultation!)
2: They worked with me on price, and didn't make me feel pressured to buy
Most of all!!! The results were great. I did IPL and got my brown spots off, but man! That Oxygen facial is DA BOMB!

BEST SKIN CARE CLINIC. My first time at the skin care clinic was a very great experience i went in for a facial the staff was very friendly helpful and nice.I left feeling good about myself and the facial i had just gotten i highly recommend this place to everyone. You would have a very good experience too :)

Fabulous!!!!. I became a patient here not to long ago and I am very happy with it. I have heard nothing but good things about this clinic. Originally I came here for Botox (which was very reasonably priced) and now I just started going to the Esthetician here and I got the Dermaplaning which I just LOVE! Staff is great, prices are great, and the location is great! Would recommend this place to everyone!

Treat Yourself ... You will feel 10 years younger instantly!.
I walked into The Skin Care Clinic feeling like treating myself to something but had no idea what and was a little unsure because I have always had sensitive skin. I have always been careful about any and all treatments and often end up doing it myself... which isn't exactly a treat!
The staff was so professional and helpful and after asking me just a few questions put me at ease about a treatment I could start with that would be pain-free and be instantly notice-able... so I made an appointment for a Microdermabrasion treatment.
It was relaxing and left me feeling completely renewed! My face literally looked fresh and years younger instantly with no side effects for my normally sensitive skin. I can still tell a difference and people ask me about it 2 weeks later!
They treated me like a VIP and I look forward to treating myself there regularly!
