I have been using them for 2 years and I recomend them to many of my friends. Teresa has been very relaiable always, and the cleaning people are always polite and on time.

I was a "first time customer". Teresa Zand promised in writing that her crew would arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 am today. Two hours later they called and said they would be late. Then 30 minutes after that they called again and said they wouldn't be here today at all. This business has wasted my time. My time is worth money too. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNIQUE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
