I love Unique. My family has been using unique for as long as I can remember for my house and buisness, and they have always worked with us. UNPROFFESIONAL AND UNRELIABLE!.
In the last two months they have not shown up for 3 appointments. When I would call to ask if someone was going to come that day either the office was closed or I was told someone would call me back
soon and I would not receive a phone call until the next day. Prior to that my service was supposed to be at 10 a.m. and half the time the cleaner would show up at 1:00. I called to tell them I need the cleaner to be consistent and reliable as I have 5 month old twins and work from home it’s not that easy to get them ready and out of the house for a few hours so the cleaners can do their job.
They have lied on a few occasions telling me that the key was not under the doormat and it was or I was in the house and they didn’t knock. Their office manager seems confused and doesn’t understand English very well.
They also do not do that great of a job cleaning. I used them because they were quite a bit cheaper than merry maids but I guess you get what you pay for.…
Unique was not that reliable. I used Teresa for several months. The first they came through my condo they really did a great job - even finding places for things that should not be on the counters. The first cleaning was 2.5 times the estimate - understandable. I had issues with breakage and Teresa's people denying they had broken anything. I can understand light fixtures or bulbs but not electrical outlets and the drawer in my basin they dropped and shattered. They were typically 1 - 2 hours late so that made it difficult as I had to stay behind to let them in.…
