Outstanding Service. I went to this UPS Store. I had a number of pieces of business to do there. I was very worried about all that had to be done. I was modifying a loan and I wasn't given much time to complete everything needed by the bank. When I went into the store, the clerk I met was soo calming that he automatically made me feel better and that I was in good hands. He promptly finished my notary and faxed in some copies of my ID's. Then he made some copies of the documents. Then we over nighted the package to my bank. Everything went so smooth. I will always go to the place for my business needs. Cheers to the UPS Store. Thx for doing it all, correctly, completely and with a smile.

Criminals in San Clemente. I paid $60.58 for ground shipping to NY. It took 12 days because UPS admittedly left the package behind. UPS of America, Inc. said it was their fault and that I was entitled to a refund; but I had to file a request form at the UPS Store that I sent it from.



UPS of America, Inc. credited the San Clemente UPS store at 555 N. El Camino Real owned by Jeff Raymond for the $60.58 that is owed me, but Jeff Raymond said he’s not going to pay me.



This UPS store is a Mail Boxes Etc. I spoke with Mail Boxes Etc. corporate headquarters about the issue. They said that since UPS of America, Inc. credited Jeff Raymond’s UPS store already, that he is required to refund my money… but he still won’t.



Jeff Raymond and his UPS Store at 555 N. El Camino Real in San Clemente are crooks. Please do not give them your money.
